Job summary

OpusClip is hiring an Influencer Partnership Manager to scale our creator program. You’ll source, sign, and launch creator partnerships at high volume, building real, long-term relationships with the creators who matter most to our brand.

This hands-on role requires running outreach, negotiations, and campaign management across hundreds of creators weekly. You will track performance and refine strategies to maximize ROI while collaborating with product and marketing.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of hands-on experience in influencer marketing or creator partnerships, ideally at a tech or SaaS company.
• Proven record of running high-volume creator programs across a full pipeline.
• Strong negotiation skills with direct experience contracting creators, talent managers, and agencies.
• Deep knowledge of the creator economy across YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn, and X.

Responsibilities

• Scale outreach. Build and run high-volume outreach systems to grow our creator pipeline every week.
• Negotiate and close. Run negotiations with creators, managers, and agencies across many deals at once with fair rates and clear deliverables.
• Launch campaigns end to end. Own briefs, contracts, content review, posting schedules, and payments so partnerships ship on time.
• Build lasting creator relationships. Turn one-off sponsorships into long-term partnerships and be a trusted partner for creators.
• Know the landscape. Track creator economy trends, platform changes, and rate benchmarks to sharpen partnerships.
• Measure and optimize. Report on views, CPM, signups, and ROI for every campaign and expand what works.
