Jobgether SRL is seeking a Middle Influencer Manager based in the United States to drive creator partnerships and campaigns for a fintech brand. You will manage discovery, outreach, negotiations, content delivery, launch, and reporting across TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube.

The role emphasizes data-driven decision making, creative concept development, and collaboration with paid acquisition teams to scale influencer content for performance marketing. Remote, full-time opportunity.

Qualifications

• At least 1.5 years of influencer marketing or related field.
• Ability to independently identify and manage creator partnerships through campaigns.
• Strong understanding of TikTok, Instagram and YouTube.
• English (B1–B2) and Russian (C1) language skills.
• Analytical thinker with ability to derive insights from data.
• Excellent organization and time-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify and evaluate influencers for campaigns.
• Lead end-to-end influencer campaigns from outreach to reporting.
• Collaborate with paid acquisition teams to adapt creator content for performance campaigns.
• Develop creative concepts with creators based on market insights.
• Monitor and report campaign performance, and optimize strategies.
• Maintain strong relationships with influencers and deadlines.
