Jobgether SRL is seeking a Middle Influencer Manager for a remote, full-time position based in the United States. You will identify, evaluate, and manage creator partnerships across TikTok, Instagram and YouTube, coordinating end-to-end campaigns.

You will collaborate with paid teams, develop creative briefs, analyze performance, and build lasting creator relationships to drive brand objectives. English fluency is required; Russian is a plus, with international experience preferred.

Qualifications

• 1.5+ years experience in influencer marketing, creator partnerships or related field.
• Strong understanding of TikTok, Instagram and YouTube, current creator trends and formats.
• English level B1–B2 or higher; Russian at C1 is preferred.
• Ability to analyze campaign metrics and recommend improvements.
• Excellent organizational and deadline-driven work ethic.
• Proactive communication and ability to drive projects independently.
• Experience with international influencer campaigns is a plus.
• Fintech/trading/investment knowledge is beneficial.
• Basic familiarity with performance marketing and repurposing creator content.

Responsabilités

• Identify and source influencers across social platforms using research and tools.
• Leverage TikTok Content Suite to analyze creators and identify opportunities.
• Manage end-to-end campaigns from outreach to delivery and reporting.
• Develop creative concepts and briefs with creators informed by market insights.
• Analyze campaign performance and suggest improvements.
• Collaborate with paid acquisition teams to adapt content for performance campaigns.
• Build and maintain relationships with creators; manage timelines and deliverables.
• Support influencer partnerships, YouTube initiatives, activations and offline events.
• Apply insights and creator trends to improve campaign strategy and execution.
