OpenKrill is seeking an Influencer Marketing Specialist to support day‑to‑day execution of influencer, affiliate, and ambassador programs for a consumer brand in food and wellness. This fully remote role requires strong relationship-building, outreach, and coordination with creators, agencies, and the Influencer Marketing Manager.

You will manage multiple partnerships, track timelines, and contribute to creative and community initiatives.

Qualifikationen

• 3–4 years of experience in influencer marketing, creator partnerships, or related field.
• Hands-on experience researching, sourcing, and outreach to influencers/creators.
• Experience negotiating with influencers and/or talent agencies.
• Experience supporting partnerships from outreach through campaign execution.
• Ability to manage multiple creator relationships, conversations, contracts, and timelines.

Aufgaben

• Research and identify influencers, affiliates, and ambassadors aligned with the brand.
• Outreach creators via email, DMs, agencies, and other channels.
• Maintain a pipeline of partnerships across Instagram and TikTok.
• Negotiate rates and terms within established budgets.
• Coordinate contracts, updates, and signatures.
• Support campaign execution from outreach to deliverables and follow-up.
• Engage with community and identify new opportunities within influencer networks.
