Job summary

Mondo is seeking an Account Supervisor in Creator/Influencer Marketing to lead day-to-day creator programs for a major consumer retail brand. You will oversee discovery, contracting, content approvals, and campaign execution, coordinating with internal teams and creator partners to ensure successful outcomes.

The role requires 5–8 years in influencer marketing, strong negotiation and leadership skills, and the ability to manage multiple campaigns in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 5-8 years in creator/influencer marketing, ideally in an agency
• Hands-on experience with creator discovery, sourcing, evaluation, contracting, activation
• Proven ability to manage creator partnerships and campaigns from strategy through execution
• Experience leading creator negotiations and approvals in fast-paced environments
• Strong day-to-day lead experience for client-facing influencer programs
• Excellent project management and ability to juggle multiple campaigns and deadlines
• Deep understanding of creator selection, audience alignment, brand suitability, and objectives
• Experience guiding teams across departments to deliver campaigns
• Excellent written and verbal communication to manage client relationships

Responsibilities

• Serve as the day-to-day lead across creator/influencer programs from planning to activation
• Lead creator discovery, sourcing, screening, and selection to align with objectives
• Manage end-to-end creator contracting including negotiations and approvals
• Oversee creator activations, content reviews, timelines, and deliverables
• Coordinate with internal teams, creator partners, and clients for seamless execution
• Provide strategic recommendations on partnerships and campaign optimization
• Manage multiple workstreams and proactively address challenges
• Lead client communications, status updates, and program reviews
• Support and delegate tasks across junior team members while hands-on in execution
