Job summary

Mondo is seeking a Senior Account Supervisor for influencer marketing on a part-time, remote arrangement. This contract role (~20 hours/week) focuses on leading Creator/influencer campaigns for a major retail client, ensuring efficient cross-team coordination and timely client communications.

You will manage multiple workstreams, draft updates, and provide strategic guidance while staying available during core PT afternoon hours.

Qualifications

• 5–8+ years of Creator/influencer marketing experience.
• Agency experience on integrated, enterprise campaigns.
• Strong client-facing communication and polished written notes.

Responsibilities

• Own project management across multiple Creator/influencer workstreams, timelines and deliverables.
• Consolidate updates from many internal channels into clear, organized direction for the team.
• Draft and deliver quick-turn client emails, status updates and end-of-day recaps (EOD notes due 4pm PT).
• Coordinate across Creator, Earned Media, Creative, Social and Merchandising teams to keep the integrated campaign aligned.
• Proactively flag risks, issues and dependencies before they impact delivery, and recommend solutions.
• Provide strategic counsel on timing and priorities, including when to push back or adjust plans.
• Disseminate changes and feedback down to Creator agents and partners clearly and quickly.
• Be available during core afternoon hours (approx. 11am-4pm PT)

Job Description:
Our client, a leading global communications agency, is looking for a Senior Account Supervisor to support a major retail client through a high-profile, fully integrated holiday campaign. This part-time (20 hrs/week) role will bring strategic Creator/influencer expertise and strong project management to a fast-moving team spanning Creator, Earned Media, Creative, Social and Merchandising workstreams. The ideal candidate is a driver and facilitator who can bring order to many moving pieces, pull updates together into clear direction, and own polished end-of-day client communications.

Minimum Requirements:

• 5-8+ years of Creator/influencer marketing experience
• Agency experience on fully integrated, enterprise-level campaigns
• Client-facing experience with strong written communication; able to draft polished client communications independently
• Excellent project and workstream management skills in a fast-paced, quick-turn environment
• Strategic thinker who understands integrated campaign complexity and can anticipate needs
• Self-sufficient, with the ability to lead while also jumping into the details
• Experience working within a collaborative team setting
• Located in Mountain or Pacific Time (Central considered)

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with CreatorIQ, Brandwatch or similar Creator platforms
• Experience managing holiday or other high-volume retail campaigns
