GroomHere, a fast-growing DTC ecommerce brand, is seeking an Influencer Marketing Manager to scale our creator program across TikTok, Instagram and beyond. Remote work enables collaboration with global talent and cross-functional teams.

You will identify creators, negotiate partnerships, manage campaigns, and build long-term ambassador programs while tracking ROI and optimizing performance. 2+ years in influencer marketing required, ecommerce experience preferred.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience in influencer marketing or creator partnerships.
• Experience with ecommerce or DTC brands is preferred.
• Strong understanding of TikTok and Instagram creator trends.

Responsibilities

• Identify and recruit creators on TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube.
• Build and manage relationships with influencers and agencies.
• Negotiate partnerships, pricing, and deliverables.
• Manage influencer campaigns from outreach to content delivery.
• Create clear briefs and ensure creators follow brand guidelines.
• Track campaign performance using discount codes, affiliate links, and attribution tools.
• Analyze ROI and optimize creator selection.
• Source high-performing UGC for Meta ads.
• Build long-term ambassador programs with top creators.
• Coordinate with creative and media-buying teams.
