Qualifications

• Proven sales ability with track record of closing.
• Must hold an insurance license or obtain before starting.
• 25%+ close rate after probation.
• Full ownership of your pipeline and proactive follow-up.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to pre-qualified prospects and book appointments.
• Handle inbound appointments and convert interest into policy reviews.
• Assess clients' financial situation and determine suitability of IBC.
• Maintain CRM notes and follow up with leads promptly.
