The right candidate has a proven high-ticket sales background, holds an insurance license, and thrives in a fast-paced, results-driven environment with inbound and outbound activities.

Qualifications

• Proven record in closing high-ticket sales over phone/Zoom.
• License to sell insurance is required or obtained before starting.
• Strong communication and EQ to handle challenging conversations.
• Ability to own and manage a full sales pipeline independently.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls and set appointments with pre-qualified leads.
• Take inbound inquiries and qualify prospects for Infinite Banking.
• Diagnose client needs and determine fit with the strategy.
• Present the program and hand clients the next steps to implementation.
• Maintain CRM updates and accurate activity tracking.
