Job summary

Placements24 is seeking a Senior Remote Child Development Consultant to advise families, schools, and organizations on best practices in child development through a remote platform. The role requires deep expertise in psychology, pedagogy, and developmental milestones across ages, with a focus on evidence-based guidance and resource creation.

You will mentor junior staff, help shape service offerings, and collaborate with a world-class team of experts to support children’s welfare and learning

Qualifications

• Ph.D. or Master's degree in Child Psychology, Developmental Psychology, Early Childhood Education, or related field.
• Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in child development consulting or practice.
• Experience in developing educational content or training programs.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert consultation on child development via virtual channels.
• Develop customized strategies and action plans for developmental needs.
• Create and deliver webinars, workshops, and training materials.
• Conduct assessments and provide evidence-based recommendations.
• Collaborate with psychologists, educators, and therapists for holistic support.
• Contribute to new service offerings and IP development.
• Stay updated on research and trends in child development.
• Mentor junior consultants and share knowledge.
