Job summary

Placements24 is seeking a Remote Early Years Learning Coordinator to spearhead our virtual education initiatives. You will design and implement a comprehensive online curriculum for young children, train a nationwide team of remote educators, and ensure high-quality delivery of online early childhood programs.

You will establish virtual classroom standards, monitor engagement, and work with stakeholders to continuously improve program effectiveness.

Qualifications

Advanced qualification in Early Childhood Education or related field.
Significant experience in early childhood education focusing on curriculum development and pedagogy.
Experience with online learning platforms and virtual teaching methodologies.
Proven leadership and team management skills.
Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and implement a robust virtual curriculum for early years education.
Train, mentor, and support a team of remote early childhood educators.
