The ideal candidate has a Master’s degree in Early Childhood Education or related field, 7+ years in the field with leadership experience, and proven ability to manage online programs and budgets while collaborating

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Early Childhood Education, Educational Leadership, or related field.
• 7+ years in early childhood education with at least 3 years in leadership.
• Experience in online or blended curriculum development.
• Proven ability to lead remote teams and manage budgets.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the design, development, and ongoing refinement of online early years educational curriculum.
• Manage and mentor a team of remote Early Childhood Educators, providing guidance and support.
• Ensure the quality and effectiveness of virtual learning programs and activities.
• Develop and implement strategies for engaging children and families in online learning environments.
• Monitor program performance, gather feedback, and make data-driven improvements.
• Coordinate with marketing and tech teams to ensure smooth program delivery and user experience.
• Stay abreast of the latest trends and research in early childhood education and online learning.
• Manage program budgets and resources effectively.
• Facilitate professional development opportunities for the remote teaching staff.
• Maintain high standards of child safety and privacy in all online interactions.
• Report on program progress and outcomes to senior management.
