Coastal is seeking a Vice President of Delivery for Healthcare & Life Sciences (HLS) to lead complex software implementations on the Salesforce platform and drive strategic growth across health ecosystems. You will shape delivery processes compliant with HIPAA, GxP, and FDA guidelines while building reusable HLS accelerators and engaging with executive clients.

You will recruit, staff, and develop senior HLS professionals, manage utilization and risk, and partner with Salesforce regional teams

Formación

• 10+ years of delivery leadership and consulting experience focused on complex software implementations on Salesforce.
• 5+ years of domain expertise in Healthcare & Life Sciences.
• 4+ years leading distributed teams of 20+ consultants, architects, and PMs.
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce Health Cloud, Life Sciences Cloud, and HLS offerings.
• Familiarity with HIPAA, GxP, FDA guidelines and regulatory compliance.
• Salesforce Certifications and Industry Accreditations.

• Strategic Growth & Practice Leadership: define the HLS strategic direction and growth objectives.
• HLS Accelerator Innovation: lead development of accelerators, data models, and onboarding methods.
• Utilization & Delivery Management: optimize practice utilization and personal billability on executive engagements.
• Team Management & Mentorship: coaching, performance reviews, and building expertise.
• Talent Acquisition & Staffing: support recruitment and deployment of specialized HLS talent.
• Engagement Governance & Risk Mitigation: mitigate HIPAA, validation, and cost risks.
• Ecosystem Partnership: maintain relationships with Salesforce HLS, ISV partners, and alliances.
