Job summary

twiceasnice Recruiting is assisting a client to hire an Outside Sales Representative to develop business across a multi-state Mid-Atlantic territory in manufacturing and industrial sectors. This full-time, remote-friendly role requires 2+ years of B2B sales, prospecting, and the ability to manage a pipeline with CRM tools, visits to customer facilities, and close deals.

OTE $120k–$150k with base $70k+ and strong benefits.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of outside B2B sales experience required
• Experience selling into manufacturing, industrial, or distribution environments required
• Cold calling and new-business development experience required
• Ability to learn and explain technical products or equipment-based solutions required
• Ability to manage a multi-state regional territory independently required
• Willingness to travel regularly within the territory for customer visits required
• Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle required

Responsibilities

• Develop new business throughout an assigned regional territory
• Prospect through cold calls, email, LinkedIn, referrals, and in-person visits
• Build relationships with manufacturing and industrial customers
• Visit customer facilities to understand operations, challenges, and equipment needs
• Recommend equipment and technical solutions based on customer requirements
• Coordinate with internal technical teams to develop proposals and customer solutions
• Gather project requirements needed to support accurate solution development
• Prepare quotes, follow up on opportunities, and negotiate pricing and terms
• Manage customer communication throughout the sales process
• Maintain accurate pipeline and activity information in CRM
• Attend occasional customer events, trade shows, or industry meetings
