Job summary

Ferguson Industrial is seeking a remote Quotations Coordinator to support our projects from CST/EST time zones. The role focuses on reviewing plans, developing competitive quotations, and maintaining margins through preferred sourcing and timely vendor pricing negotiations.

Candidates should have a Bachelor’s degree or 2–3 years of equivalent quotation/inside sales experience, strong Excel/Outlook/Teams skills, and excellent attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Review and understand plans and specifications to assure material quoted aligns with project requirements
• Develop competitive quotations according to local market strategy
• Maintain profitable margins by using preferred sourcing methods
• Engage with Vendors to negotiate and acquire pricing in a timely manner
• Establish positive relationships with internal and external customers to receive accurate follow-up details
