Job summary

Ferguson is seeking a remote Industrial Quotations Coordinator to support accurate and timely price quotes. Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7am–4pm (CST/EST preference). Pay starts at $25 per hour or more based on experience.

Responsibilities include reviewing plans, developing competitive quotations, maintaining margins, negotiating with vendors, and coordinating with internal and external customers. Qualifications include a Bachelor's Degree or 2–3 years of relevant quotation/inside sales experience;

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or 2-3 years equivalent work experience with quotations or inside sales.
• Advanced proficiency with Office 365 applications, specifically Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Teams.
• Excellent attention to detail, accuracy and focus on quality output.

Responsibilities

• Review and understand plans and specifications to assure material quoted aligns with project requirements
• Developing competitive quotations according to local market strategy
• Maintain profitable margins by using preferred sourcing methods
• Engage with Vendors to negotiate and acquire pricing in a timely manner
• Establish positive relationships with internal and external customers to receive accurate follow-up details
