Job summary

Ferguson Enterprises, LLC. seeks a Lead Quotations Coordinator in Ridgefield, WA. You will oversee the Quotations Team, manage workflows, mentor staff, and help implement processes while coordinating with Sales Managers and OSRs. Strong organizational and communication skills are essential for success.

The role offers weekday hours from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. and a starting hourly wage with potential for higher pay based on experience.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years' experience in administrative or quotations development is helpful
• 3-5 years of Industrial experience
• Must be well organized, meticulous with excellent time-management
• Strong written and verbal communication across all levels of the organization
• Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 Suite (Teams & Outlook)
• Experience with commercial plumbing projects, bid process or project management

Responsibilities

• Day-to-day operations
• Manage Quotations Team workflow
• Mentor team members on expectations
• Lead onboarding/training for new Quotations hires
• Develop and implement Quotations Team processes
• Communicate with Sales Manager and OSRs on questions or issues
• Maintain current Admin functions alongside Quotations duties
• Adhere to safety standards and policies
