Job summary

Ifm is seeking a self-motivated, results-driven Sales Engineer to join our organization. This fully remote position will work with automation machine builders and manufacturing plants in the Boise, Idaho region, focusing on process improvements.

The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of technical sales experience and strong communication skills, contributing to the mentorship and growth of new business opportunities.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of related technical sales experience preferred.
• Industrial automation experience preferred.
• Ability to work with various teams as well as independently.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers to learn about their business and improvement initiatives.
• Implement a sales process that defines the customer's challenges and solutions.
• Conduct in-person meetings on large projects to evaluate machines.
