Job summary

Oregon Community Credit Union in Eugene, Oregon, seeks an Indirect Auto Loan Processor to support our Indirect Lending team. This remote position requires residency in Oregon, Washington, or Idaho and involves reviewing loan packets and ensuring accurate data entry into the loan system.

You will help prevent fraud, verify underwriting conditions, and maintain documentation while delivering professional member service in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year of experience in consumer lending or loan processing.
• Ability to identify inconsistencies, missing documents, and fraud indicators in loan files.
• Ability to review documents, verify underwriting conditions, and apply sound judgment.
• Strong data-entry skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office and Adobe.
• Experience with lending documentation and compliance is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Receive, log, track, and process indirect loan packets through the queues in the indirect lending software platform.
• Review lending documents and contracts for accuracy, validity, and completeness, including contracts, purchase orders, title applications, bills of sale, insurance documentation, credit reports, verification applications, warranties, GAP documentation, dealer products, and vehicle valuation documents.
• Audit incoming loan files for quality, accuracy, completeness, and potential fraud indicators.
• Verify that underwriting conditions have been satisfied and clear conditions when appropriate.
• Confirm that each loan file meets applicable legal and compliance requirements.
• Maintain accurate departmental spreadsheets and tracking records.
• Stay current with operational procedures and complete required training.
• Communicate professionally and courteously with vendors, members, employees, and other business partners.
