Job summary

Golden 1 Credit Union is seeking an Indirect Loan Processor II. This remote role focuses on end-to-end processing of indirect auto loan applications, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely funding while delivering a strong dealer and member experience.

You will manage complex files, escalate when needed, and collaborate with dealers and internal partners to continually improve processes and performance.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in a fast-paced lending environment with high loan processing volume.
• Ability to independently manage complex loan files, resolve escalations, and meet quality, compliance and productivity standards.
• Strong knowledge of indirect auto loan processing and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Manage high volume loan-related communications and progress multiple applications in parallel.
• Ensure compliance with state/federal laws and internal requirements including BSA/AML, CIP/OFAC.
• Perform quality control of loan documents and audit for accuracy and completeness.
• Identify root causes of issues and drive process improvements to reduce rework.

Education

H.S. Diploma or GED

Associate’s Degree or some college
