Job summary

TeamOut is building the most modern hospitality platform, enabling independent hospitality professionals to source hotels and run offsites, retreats, and meetings. You will prospect corporate accounts, own the full cycle from first contact to signed contract, and source hotel contracts globally using TeamOut's platform.

This role is commission-only, with no cap, and you manage your own pipeline remotely. Training and platform leverage are provided to scale your independent practice and client

Responsibilities

• Prospect corporate accounts and own the full cycle from first conversation to signed contract
• Source and secure hotel contracts for offsites, retreats and meetings worldwide
• Run sourcing, negotiation and contracting with the client
• Send RFPs through TeamOut's platform and coordinate with planning/production teams
• Grow each account year over year through premium event services
