Job summary

4Leaf Services, a brand-new, agile freight brokerage, is seeking elite, self-sufficient Independent Agents who can operate remotely and independently. You will manage direct shipper relationships, price and book loads, track shipments, negotiate with carriers, and handle dispatch and digital paperwork upload.

You must have at least one active direct shipper customer and 6+ months of verifiable 1099 freight agent experience or 2+ years in combined W-2 freight brokerage sales with transferable

Qualifications

• Active Book of Business: must have at least one direct shipper customer ready to move freight on day one.
• Verifiable experience: 6 months as an independent freight agent (1099) OR 2+ years in freight brokerage sales with transferable accounts and carrier dispatch experience.
• Must know how to price, book, track, and close loads autonomously.
• Home office: own reliable computer, dedicated phone line, high-speed internet.
• Location: legally reside and operate within the United States.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and grow direct shipper relationships.
• Manage the complete load lifecycle: pricing, booking, tracking, carrier negotiation, dispatch, and customer service.
