4Leaf Services is a brand-new, agile freight brokerage inviting elite, self-sufficient Independent Agents to operate remotely across the United States. You will manage your own business, pricing, booking, tracking, and carrier negotiations from a cradle-to-grave perspective.

We provide authority, insurance, back-office support, and software, with no internal competition and no mandatory training. You must already have an active direct shipper book and be ready to start on day one.

Competenze

• Active Book of Business: Must have at least one active direct shipper customer ready to move freight on day one.
• Proven Track Record: At least 6 months of verifiable 1099 Independent Freight Agent experience, OR 2+ years of combined W-2 freight brokerage sales and carrier dispatch experience.
• Fully Experienced: Zero training is provided. You must know how to price, book, track, and close out loads autonomously.

Mansioni

• Maintain and grow your existing relationships with direct shippers.
• Manage the complete load lifecycle: pricing, booking, tracking, carrier negotiation, dispatch, customer service, and digital paperwork upload.
