Job summary

Signature Companies in Buffalo, NY seeks a Field Consultant to perform on-site High Value Property Surveys across Erie and Niagara Counties. You will work from a home office, schedule surveys, visit homes, take photos and measurements, and report findings to underwriters via loss control 360.

Experience in insurance adjusting or appraisals, familiarity with Rapid Sketch, Xactimate, or CAD is a plus. This is an independent contractor (1099) role, requiring a reliable vehicle and liability

Qualifications

• High level of professionalism required.
• Strong oral and written communication skills needed.
• Experience with field surveys and data collection preferred.
• Familiarity with diagramming tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and conduct on-site High Value Property Surveys.
• Visit properties, take photos and measurements, note issues for underwriter review.
• Generate estimated replacement value and identify major hazards.
• Use loss control 360 to document findings for underwriting.
