Job summary

Signature Companies is seeking a Field Consultant for High Value Residential Insurance Inspections in Eastern New York. Work from a home office with flexible scheduling, independently handling surveys and reporting for underwriters.

You will visit high‑value homes, take measurements and photos, note construction features and hazards, and submit web-based reports through loss control 360. CAD or sketching software experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• BA or BS degree desired but not required.
• Must have smartphone, tablet and personal computer.
• Late-model vehicle with Auto and General Liability Insurance.
• High-speed internet and a high-quality camera or smartphone camera (16MP+).
• Measuring devices such as laser, soft tape, or measuring wheel.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and conduct on-site High Value Property Surveys.
• Visit properties, take photos and measurements, note issues for underwriter.
• Generate estimated replacement value and identify major hazards.
• Communicate findings via Signature’s loss control 360 portal.
