Job summary

Signature Companies is seeking a Field Consultant to cover the North East Regions of Indiana. You will schedule and perform on-site high-value property surveys, visit homes, take measurements, photos and note hazards for underwriters. Manage own schedule as a 1099 contractor.

Ideal candidates bring real estate, insurance adjusting or home appraisal experience, and familiarity with survey software. Work from a home office with flexible hours and support from an experienced field team.

Qualifications

• Professionally present and courteous.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Experience with real estate or insurance-related inspections is a plus.
• Experience using CAD, Rapid Sketch, Xactimate or similar diagramming software is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and conduct on-site High Value Property Surveys.
• Visit properties, take photos and measurements.
• Document findings for underwriting and loss control reports.
• Coordinate with homeowners and insurance agents to gather information.
