Job summary

CrowdStrike Inc. in the United States seeks an Incident Response Manager to lead engagements, perform triage, and communicate findings to executives.

You will hunt for threats across large data sets, coordinate investigations with outside counsel, and mentor junior analysts across Windows, Mac, and Linux. You will deliver strategic recommendations to mature security postures, produce high-quality reports, and contribute to thought leadership through blogs and CrowdCasts.

Qualifications

• Experience leading incident response engagements in a consulting/matrixed environment.
• Experience conducting or managing incident response investigations for targeted threats.
• Background in computer forensics used in incident response investigations.

Responsibilities

• Lead incident response engagements.
• Perform initial triage and scoping for prospective clients.
• Communicate effectively with executives on forensic topics.
• Develop methods to hunt for bad actors across large data sets.
• Coordinate investigations with outside counsel.
• Coach and mentor junior analysts in host and network forensics.
• Provide strategic, feasible security recommendations to mature postures.
• Produce high-quality reports and presentations for stakeholders.
• Demonstrate thought leadership via blogs and public talks.
