Job summary

CrowdStrike Inc. is seeking an experienced Incident Response Manager to lead complex investigations and mentor a team of analysts across Windows, Mac, and Linux.

You will scope engagements, ensure thorough forensics analyses, and provide strategic remediation plans while communicating findings to executives and clients. You will work on cutting-edge security challenges, leveraging AI-enabled approaches to accelerate detection and response.

Qualifications

• Capable of completing technical tasks without supervision

• Ability to travel on short notice, up to 30% of the time

Responsibilities

• Lead incident response engagements
• Perform initial triage and scoping for prospective clients to understand objectives
• Communicate with executives on forensics and malware analysis
• Develop and use new methods to hunt for bad actors across large data sets
• Work under outside counsel to conduct intrusion investigations
• Coach and mentor junior analysts on host/network forensics across Windows, Mac, Linux
• Provide strategic recommendations to mature security posture during incidents
• Produce high-quality written/verbal reports and presentations to stakeholders
• Demonstrate industry thought leadership through blog posts and CrowdCasts
