Job summary

CrowdStrike is seeking highly motivated, self-driven consultants to join our global Services team. You will work on incident response engagements, develop methods to hunt threats, and conduct intrusion investigations across Windows, Mac, and Linux environments.

You will produce reports and findings for client management, regulators, and legal counsel, with opportunities to grow in cloud incident response and AI-assisted operations.

Qualifications

• Incident Response: experience conducting or managing incident response investigations for organizations, targeting threats such as Nation-State, E-Crime, and Hacktivists.
• Computer Forensic Analysis: background using forensic analysis tools to determine extent and scope of compromise.
• Network Forensic Analysis: strong knowledge of protocols and tools like Bro/Zeek or Suricata.
• Reverse Engineering: understand malware capabilities.
• Incident Remediation: support creating remediation plans for compromised orgs.
• Cloud Incident Response: knowledge of AWS, Azure, or GCP methods.
• Communications: ability to communicate findings to clients and internal teams.
• Proven experience applying AI technologies to improve decision-making and workflows.

Responsibilities

• Serve as part of the technical team on incident response engagements.
• Develop and use new methods to hunt for bad actors across large data sets.
• Conduct intrusion investigations under leadership and outside counsel.
• Perform host and/or network-based forensics across Windows, Mac, and Linux.
• Produce high-quality written and verbal reports and presentations for stakeholders.
