Job summary

Iflow Energy Solutions Inc. is seeking an experienced Incident Response Analyst (Mid-Senior) for our REMOTE CYBERSECURITY DIVISION. The role focuses on digital forensics, incident response across the NIST framework, and proactive threat hunting.

You will collaborate with the 24/7 SOC, contribute to playbooks, and deliver executive incident communications while participating in on-call rotations. Ideal candidates bring 3–5 years of hands-on IR/DFIR expertise, strong Windows/Linux/macOS internals

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of hands-on incident response and digital forensics experience.
• Proven ability to act as Incident Commander in high-pressure incidents.
• Strong technical knowledge of Windows, Linux, and macOS internals related to monitoring and threat detection.
• Experience with cloud security incident response and threat mitigation.
• Proficient with DFIR tools (Autopsy, The Sleuth Kit, Volatility, Magnet Axiom, FTK, etc.).
• Scripting ability in Python, PowerShell, and Bash for automation and analysis.
• Familiarity with security frameworks and compliance standards (NIST, HIPAA, ISO, OWASP).

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive incident response activities following the NIST Cybersecurity Framework across all phases.
• Respond to cyber incidents impacting corporate environments, manufacturing plants, and RSOC Customers.
• Perform digital forensics investigations across Windows, Linux, macOS, and mobile devices.
• Maintain an Always Be Timelining approach to update incident timelines with findings.
• Support threat hunting, threat intelligence, and tooling improvements.
• Prepare and deliver forensic reports, incident communications, and executive updates.
• Participate in weekly on-call rotation for 24/7 incident response coverage.
• Develop, refine, and maintain incident response playbooks, SOPs, and training materials.
