This remote role offers flexible scheduling in a 24/7 operation. You’ll bring outstanding customer service, calm under pressure, and strong attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Outstanding customer service with results orientation.
• Calm under distressing information.
• Quiet home office with 25 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload.
• Typing speed 35 WPM.

Responsibilities

• Engage reporters with care and confidence that their information is handled appropriately.
• Answer calls from various industries and follow intake process with good judgment.
• Lead reporters through guided interviews, ensuring quality and accuracy of reports.
• Maintain strict confidentiality of reports.
