Job summary

Grand Circle Corporation is hiring Remote Inbound Sales Agents (Travel Advisor III) for the September 14 training class. You will explain GCC international trip packages, assist with bookings, and tailor each journey in a single conversation to maximize conversions and upsell opportunities.

The role emphasizes completing calls with high conversion rates and detailed documentation, across multiple platforms, for a seamless sales process. Training lasts seven weeks with standard ET hours.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of sales experience in a call center environment.
• Experience upselling products/services to travelers.
• 1+ years of remote work experience preferred.
• Hardwired internet connection with ~50 Mbps down / 25 Mbps up required.
• Telephone service setup (landline or VOIP) and desk phone routing.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound/outbound calls educating travelers on GCC international trip packages.
• Aim for high conversion rate (over 70%) and close bookings.
• Upsell Trip Extensions, Travel Protection Plans, and Airline bookings/upgrades.
• Confirm reservations and document customer info in GCC systems.
• Resport call notes during the call to minimize After Call Work.
