Qualifications
- 2-5 years of sales experience in a call center environment.
- Preference for Travel/Tourism, Hospitality, or Luxury (High Ticket) sales.
- 1+ years of remote work experience preferred.
- Must have hardwired internet with recommended speeds (50 Mbps download, 25 Mbps upload).
Responsibilities
- Handle inbound/outbound calls and educate travelers on GCC's international trip packages.
- Achieve a high conversion rate (target over 70%) of calls to bookings.
- Upsell GCC products and services (extensions, protection plans, airline bookings).
- Document call notes and reservations in GCC systems during the call.
