TurboDebt is hiring for remote inbound sales roles across multiple states, including North Carolina. The position offers base pay with uncapped commissions and a clear path to growth. Hours are within our 8:00 a.m. to 10:30 p.m. ET window, with shifts that may include evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities emphasize handling live inbound calls, using a consultative script, and guiding clients through enrollment, while aiming to close on the first call and meet performance targets.

Formación

• 2+ years in a client-facing role.
• Call center or collections experience is a plus.
• Strong phone presence with persuasive, professional communication skills.
• Coachable, adaptable, and motivated to grow within a high-performance culture.

Responsabilidades

• Manage live inbound calls and scheduled appointments using a consultative, needs-based approach.
• Use an optimized sales script and structured call framework to guide conversations.
• Build trust quickly and guide clients through our enrollment process.
• Overcome objections with confidence, empathy, and integrity.
• Follow our structured process designed to close on the first call.
• Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly performance goals.
• Collaborate with managers and leadership for ongoing coaching and development.
