Job summary

Trupanion in Seattle, WA is seeking an Inbound Sales Specialist to educate pet owners about coverage and guide enrollment. You will engage with warm inbound leads, build trust, and meet sales targets in a fast-paced, remote work environment across the US.

The role requires flexibility for evenings/weekends, a Pacific Time schedule, and the ability to work from a home-office with reliable hard-wired internet. Licensing is a plus, compensation includes bonuses and stock units.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of successful sales in high‑volume B2C or inbound call center environment.
• 1+ years in a customer service role.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals in a fast-paced setting.
• Strong written and verbal communication to educate customers on coverage options.

Responsibilities

• Educate and support customers via inbound leads, calls, and email.
• Build trust with pet parents using a consultative approach to assess needs.
• Explain value of Trupanion coverage and enroll customers.
• Manage high inbound volumes balancing experience, productivity, and sales goals.
• Document interactions and policy information accurately in CRM.
