Embrace Pet Insurance is seeking an Inside Sales Agent to join our remote team in the USA. You will answer inbound calls from prospective pet parents, follow up on opportunities, and manage a growing CRM-driven pipeline.

The role reports to the Sales Manager and emphasizes personal drive and a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities include hitting KPIs, communicating professionally by phone and email, and contributing to a high-performing sales team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree and/or 2+ years of sales experience.
• Active Property & Casualty license or willingness to obtain during training.

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound sales calls and follow up with prospective pet parents.
• Capture customer information in the CRM accurately.
• Proactively manage and grow a pipeline of new business opportunities.
• Hit KPIs set by the company.
• Communicate effectively over the phone and email.
