Job summary

MCI in the United States is hiring Inbound Sales Representatives to handle inbound calls from prospective customers, upsell existing clients, and provide information on client products and services. You'll join a dynamic team powering world-class CX and BPO services with industry-leading training to help you grow.

You will engage hundreds of customers weekly, resolve issues, document orders, and follow scripts and procedures.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent organizational, written, and oral communication skills.
• The ability to type swiftly and accurately (20+ words a minute).
• The ability to multi-task and stay focused in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound contacts courteously and professionally.
• Utilize knowledge base to answer questions and upsell products and services.
• Listen to customers, understand their needs, and resolve issues.
• Research systems to find missing information; coordinate with other departments to resolve issues.
• Document and process customer orders in appropriate systems.
• Follow all required scripts, policies, and procedures.
• Escalate customer issues to the appropriate staff and managers for resolution as needed.
