Job summary

Consumer Cellular is seeking an Inbound Sales Representative to engage customers who reach out to learn about wireless plans and services. You’ll use discovery questions to tailor solutions and close sales while delivering an exceptional customer experience.

The role offers remote work with a requirement to reside within 50 miles of Lexington, KY, and includes a base salary of $17/hour plus uncapped commission. Training and internal growth opportunities are provided.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of sales experience.
• Experience in closing sales and meeting metrics and quotas.
• Strong communication and active listening skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Ability to think on your feet, ask the right questions and close sales.
• Self-starter with a drive to grow within the company.
