Consumer Cellular is hiring an Inbound Sales Representative in Louisville, KY. You will engage customers seeking wireless plans, use discovery questions to tailor solutions, and close sales while delivering excellent service.

This role offers uncapped commission and a base salary of $17 per hour. Although remote, you must reside within 50 miles of our center. We promote from within and provide comprehensive training and ongoing support.

Job Summary

As an Inbound Sales Representative, you will be the first point of contact for customers reaching out to learn more about our wireless plans and services. You'll use a consultative approach to understand their needs through discovery questions, provide tailored solutions, and close the sale - all while delivering an exceptional customer experience.

By listening to the reason for their call, you'll position Consumer Cellular as the reliable, value-based solution they’ve been looking for.
