Job summary

Connect America seeks an Inbound Sales Representative to join our remote call center team. You will handle inbound customer inquiries, drive sales, and contribute to a high-energy sales culture from a remote location.

You’ll work Tuesday-Friday, 12:30pm–9pm Eastern and Saturdays 10:30am–7pm Eastern, with unlimited earning potential via commissions and monthly performance rewards. The role emphasizes rapport-building, solution selling, and meeting daily targets.

Qualifications

• Experience in high-volume sales or customer service.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, metrics-driven call center.

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls from potential customers and outbound as well.
• Build rapport, assess customer needs, and recommend products and services.
• Explain features, pricing, and benefits to maximize order value.
• Enter customer and order details into CRM systems accurately.
• Make follow‑up calls on non-converted inquiries.
• Meet or exceed daily and weekly sales goals and quality metrics.
• Collaborate with supervisors and team members to improve performance.
