Job summary

Liberty Mutual Insurance is seeking an Inside Sales Agent in a remote training-friendly environment. You will handle inbound calls and warm leads, consult on insurance needs, and match products to customer requirements to convert leads into policyholders.

Licensed or in training, you will join a Fortune 100 company offering paid licensing, comprehensive benefits, flexible work arrangements, and potential for growth across multiple states.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years sales experience preferred. 2 years of sales/service-related work experience required.
• Strong, engaging interpersonal and persuasion skills needed to close sales.
• Ability to communicate well to both prospects and customers.
• Excellent analytical, decision-making and organizational skills.
• Strong typing capabilities and PC proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls and warm leads, consult with customers on insurance needs.
• Match coverages, products, and benefits to convert sales leads into policyholders.
• Ensure compliance with licensing restrictions and participate in paid training/licensing.
• Work remote with a schedule of 4 weekdays and 1 weekend day, with shifts in EST.
