Job summary

Liberty Mutual Insurance is hiring an Inside Sales Agent to handle inbound calls and warm leads, guiding customers to suitable coverages and converting inquiries into policyholders. Training spans 16 weeks for licensed hires and 18 weeks for unlicensed hires, with medical benefits from Day 1 and no cold calls.

Based in Maryland, the role offers 4 weekdays plus 1 weekend day, with shifts and the possibility to work from home. Licensing across states is included, plus strong earning potential.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years sales experience preferred.
• 2 years of sales/service-related experience required.
• Strong, engaging interpersonal and persuasion skills.
• Ability to communicate well to prospects and customers.
• Excellent analytical, decision-making and organizational skills.
• Strong typing capabilities and PC proficiency.
• Property and Casualty License required after hire.
