Pavago is seeking an Inbound Sales Rep to manage and convert incoming leads. You will speak with prospective clients, understand their needs, and guide them toward the right solution while ensuring consistent follow-up.

The role requires confidence in sales conversations, strong English communication, and disciplined lead management. You will work remotely during U.S. business hours and aim to meet monthly revenue targets through collaborative teamwork.

Qualificações

• Previous experience in inbound, inside, or consultative sales with a track record of meeting conversion or revenue targets.
• Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
• Confidence leading structured sales and discovery conversations.
• Experience using a CRM to manage leads, track pipeline, and log activities.
• Ability to understand customer needs and adapt your approach to different prospect profiles.
• Strong organization and follow-up skills to manage a full lead queue independently.

Responsabilidades

• Receive and assess inbound inquiries from prospective clients, quickly identifying fit and readiness to move forward.
• Prioritize leads based on urgency and stage in the sales process.
• Lead discovery conversations to understand each prospect's needs.
• Clearly explain offerings and guide prospects toward the right solution.
• Handle objections and help move qualified prospects toward a decision.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, conversations, and deal stages in the CRM.
• Own consistent follow-up with prospects who are not yet ready to buy.
• Ensure no qualified opportunities or follow-ups fall through the cracks.
• Work toward converting qualified leads into closed business and meeting monthly targets.
• Coordinate with the sales and operations teams to ensure a smooth handoff once a deal is closed.
