Storage Scholars is seeking an Inbound Sales Specialist for a part-time remote internship. You’ll guide students through our move-in/move-out services, handle inbound inquiries, and promote service upgrades.

This role blends consultative selling with customer education to drive adoption while supporting a fast-growing team. The ideal candidate communicates clearly, thrives in a dynamic environment, and can balance evenings/weekends during peak season.

Responsibilities

• Field inbound leads from lead form submissions and inbound calls.
• Make proactive phone calls to existing and former customers to promote service usage.
• Provide service estimates for customers via call, SMS, and email.
• Guide customers through their order flow in our online portal to book moves.
• Promote additional services and service upgrades, and generate referrals.
