Globe Life is seeking an Inbound Sales Agent to promote and sell insurance products to new and existing customers. You will provide consultative sales support via phone, with a focus on matching products to customer needs.

This is a remote/work-from-home role with a rotating schedule and opportunities to advance within Globe Life Family of Companies. Candidates should be sales-driven, tech-savvy, and customer-focused, with strong communication and multitasking abilities.

Qualifications

• High school or equivalent.
• Sales, Insurance, and/or Call Center experience is a plus.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient with technology with emphasis in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Adobe.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to speak clearly and have an excellent phone voice.
• Self-motivated team player, goal-oriented, and driven to succeed.
• Confident and passionate.
• Organizational skills with the ability to multitask by talking, using technology, and listening.
• Excellent work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Sell insurance products to new and existing customers.
• Handle inbound calls and make follow-up calls.
• Responsible for closing business and generating revenue for the company.
• Close new accounts by interacting with customers primarily via telephone or email.
