You will navigate multiple carrier systems, provide personalized quotes, and deliver expert recommendations to customers while maintaining an exceptional service level and performance standards.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience selling auto & home insurance in a call center.
• Experience selling multiple carriers and state coverages.
• Bilingual required.
• Excellent communication, organization, and multi-tasking skills.

Responsibilities

• Handle an average of inbound leads and analyze options to provide quotes.
• Cross-sell personalized quotes and sell personal lines policies.
• Close sales with strong conversion from inbound leads while ensuring a high-quality customer experience.
