Job summary

ACC Premiere is hiring an Inbound Customer Service Representative to handle phone-based support from a home office. You will consult with customers on scheduling, use clear verbal communication, and adapt to various customer types with a positive approach.

Training is provided, with required attendance and standardized shifts. Ideal candidates have at least 2 years in customer service, familiarity with consumer products, and a high school diploma (college preferred).

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years customer service experience in a call center environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with diagnosing and troubleshooting.
• Familiarity with supporting consumer products and/or services.
• High school diploma required; college education preferred.
