Job summary

Jobgether on behalf of a partner company seeks a remote, full-time Independent Contractor to fill the role of Inbound Customer Service & Dispatch Scheduling Virtual Assistant. The position is based in the United States and supports a mobile tire-service operation across Canada.

You will handle customer calls, collect service details, explain options, and assist with dispatch and scheduling to ensure efficient technician deployments.

Qualifications

• Previous experience handling inbound calls.
• Excellent spoken English with near-native fluency.
• Strong communication and multitasking abilities.
• Experience with appointment scheduling or dispatch coordination preferred.
• Independently follow procedures under contractor terms.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming customer calls professionally and courteously.
• Collect accurate customer details and service information.
• Explain standard service information and booking options.
• Respond to routine questions; escalate complex issues.
• Book appointments considering technician availability and travel times.
• Coordinate based on geographic proximity to support dispatch.
• Confirm bookings and maintain records; communicate changes.
• Check technician status and confirm en route status.
• Update customer information and scheduling docs.
• Track unresolved scheduling issues and follow-ups.
• Collaborate with VA team to maintain operations.
• Follow routing and escalation procedures for inquiries.
• Deliver services per engagement timelines and guidelines.
