Job summary

CenterWell Pharmacy is seeking an Inbound Contacts Representative 1 to handle inquiries via phone, email, or chat from home in multiple states. You will resolve benefit questions and educate members while documenting interactions and escalating issues as needed.

Flexibility to work shifts within EST hours, 40 hours weekly, and a strong emphasis on customer experience are required. Prior call-center healthcare exposure is a plus, with Spanish fluency a preferred asset.

Qualifications

• 2 years of customer service experience.
• Residency in FL, IN, OH, TN, AZ, MO, NM, or NC.
• Strong customer service orientation and attention to detail.
• Excellent typing and computer navigation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Effective verbal and listening communication.
• Passionate about improving consumer experience.
