Job summary

CenterWell Pharmacy is seeking an Inbound Contacts Representative 1 to address customer inquiries via phone, digital channels, or written communications. The role involves routine administrative and customer support tasks and requires flexibility to work shifts from 8AM to 11PM EST, 40 hours weekly.

Ideal candidates have 2 years of customer service experience, are legally eligible to work in the U.S., and can navigate multiple software applications while delivering strong service.

Qualifications

• 2 years of customer service experience
• Live in one of the following states: FL, IN, OH, TN, AZ, MO, NC, NM
• Strong customer service orientation
• Strong attention to detail
• Strong typing and computer navigation skills
• Ability to manage multiple or competing priorities, including use of multiple computer applications simultaneously
• Effective verbal and listening communication skills
• Must be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experience

Responsibilities

• Addresses customer needs which may include complex benefit questions, resolving issues, and educating members.
• Records details of inquiries, comments or complaints, transactions or interactions and takes action accordingly.
• Escalates unresolved and pending customer grievances.
